According to very breif communications with Mercedes, CEIBA has evacuated families in El Sauce and Los Cruces. Joya Grande is again without water, and in need of evacuation. Hopefully the rain stops soon.
There are no landslides so far, and the biggest current concern is lack of clean water. There have been 2 deaths in El Salvador in the San Miguel area. Lots of rivers leaving their banks.
